Luke Pritchard, Gemma Atkinson and Yinka Bokinni have been announced as ambassadors for The British Heart Foundation (BHF), and will begin their duties by announcing winners at the charity’s Heart Hero Awards ceremony, October 20.

Former Emmerdale star Atkinson commented 'The British Heart Foundation do incredible work funding life saving research and I’m so happy to be working closely with this wonderful charity as a new ambassador! I lost my dad from a heart attack 18 years ago and ever since, I have wanted to help others who have suffered from a similar loss or living with a heart condition'.
